Your First Day
- Sign up for direct deposit. If you do not elect for direct deposit, a wisely pay card will be issued. - Elect taxes. Elect state and federal tax withholdings in ADP - Log into CONMED Learn. If you are issued a CONMED email, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your login credentials within 24 hours of your start date.
Your First Week
- Log into Workday! After logging into Workday, click Personal Information to review and update your information on file. - Enroll in 401(k). Login to Fidelity to adjust contribution amount or enroll in 401(k). - Review PTO policies - Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Purchase CONMED stock (optional)
Your First 30 Days
- Benefit elections due! After 30 days from your hire date you will be unable to elect for benefits unless it's a qualifying event or open enrollment. - Review benefits programs including Employee Referrals, Tuition Assistance, and more!
