- Sign up for direct deposit. If you do not elect for direct deposit, a wisely pay card will be issued.
- Elect taxes. Elect state and federal tax withholdings in ADP

- Log into Fidelity. Enroll in 401(k) or adjust contribution amounts
- Explore our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Follow CONMED on Social Media! Find us on LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram!
- Announce your new position on Social Media! This is completely optional, however, we encourage you to post on LinkedIn announcing your new position on our team.

- Benefit elections due! After 30 days from your hire date you will be unable to elect for benefits unless it's a qualifying event or open enrollment.
- Review benefits programs including Employee Referrals, Tuition Assistance, and more!
- Complete the CliftonStrengths assessment to learn more about your natural Strengths. The invitation will be sent to your CONMED email. Contact your HR Business Partner with any questions.
