Take advantage of CONMED's comprehensive benefits program!

You will receive a welcome email from our benefits enrollement platform, PlanSource, on your second day of employment. The Welcome email includes a link to important benefit documents, including a handout on how to enroll and who to go to for questions.
- Employees who use a CONMED computer to perform their job will be sent the Welcome Email to their CONMED email.
- All other employees will be sent the Welcome Email to their personal email on file in Workday.

CONMED’s Benefits Resource Center is an excellent resource for new hires with questions on CONMED’s benefit offerings. The Benefits Resource Center can assist with an array of new hire Benefits topics including:

Ordering a new ID card
Questions on plan design (deductible, coinsurance, etc.)
Enrollment assistance
Login assistance
Questions on employee cost

Most of CONMED’s benefits are effective on Day 1 of full-time employment. Please note, if you delay in signing up for benefits and miss one or more pay periods of benefit costs (benefits are effective back to Day 1/Date of Hire), you are responsible for repaying any back-owed benefit costs to CONMED. Back-owed benefit costs will be deducted from your paycheck automatically. Please make sure to review the acknowledgement regarding this topic when finalizing your new hire benefit selections.

You MUST enroll for benefits within 30 days of your first day of full-time employment on PlanSource, CONMED’s benefits enrollment portal. You will receive an e-mail from Alight with instructions on how to enroll. To prevent a delay in receiving your ID cards and to avoid paying retroactive benefit costs back to your date of hire, it is recommended to sign up for your benefits as soon as possible. You can view CONMED’s benefit offerings and make your selections in your Alight profile.

Logging In: If you have a CONMED network account, you can automatically access your PlanSource account through single sign on by clicking the PlanSource logo on the Intranet home page (links to the Intranet are in the Intranet & IT section below). If you do not have a CONMED network account, you will need to sign in through the PlanSource website

401(k) and Stock Benefits

Employees are eligible for the 401(k) after 90 days following date of hire. All employees are automatically enrolled to contribute 3% of earnings per pay period, with an option to contribute more. CONMED matches dollar for dollar up to 7% of your deferred earnings per pay period, capped at $7,000 annually.

You will be mailed information directly from Fidelity regarding how to set up your account.
