You will receive a welcome email from our benefits enrollement platform, Alight, on your second day of employment. The Welcome email includes a link to important benefit documents, including a handout on how to enroll and who to go to for questions.
- Employees who use a CONMED computer to perform their job will be sent the Welcome Email to their CONMED email.
- All other employees will be sent the Welcome Email to their personal email on file in Workday.
- If you do not receive a Welcome Email, please reach out to the Benefits Resource Center for assistance - CONMED@alight.com or 844-229-6216
