For document type trainings only, if you launch from Learner Home, you need to refresh your browser. It will change to Mark Complete and then you can complete the other steps.
The issue is most likely your browser. Try using either Chrome or Firefox. Both work best with CONMED Learn.
Learner Home will list your next items due, up to ten, by due date. It will include any documents that are part of a curriculum. If you have a CONMED email, you will also get emails when the course is assigned, a reminder at fifteen days, and a reminder on the due date. Weekly reminder e-mails are also sent out for training assigned that are not part of a curriculum. If you do not have a CONMED email, your supervisor or manager can tell you what is due..
The items might be part of a curriculum. Look on your Learner Home or open the curriculum to find the item. You may have archived them prior to completion. You can go to your archived transcript and complete it or contact training@conmed.com and we will move it back to your active transcript for you. A full list of trainings due can be also found on your transcript here..
Some procedures have attachments and forms. To keep them together, we have bundled them into curriculum.
The system does not support due dates on curriculum when bundled items may be assigned at different times.
